What is your Limited Lifetime Warranty?

Infinity Trunk's Lifetime Limited Warranty is our promise that if a fire breaks out in the original purchaser's home, we will replace your trunk with a new one at no cost to you. See Lifetime Limited Warranty for more details.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Infinity Trunk guarantees your trunk from manufacturing defects. We will repair your trunk on site or deliver a new trunk if there is a mechanical issue during the lifetime of the original purchaser. See Returns for more information.

When will I receive my trunk?

In stock items will be delivered 7-10 days after the delivery has been confirmed with our shipping partner, KB Logistics. You will be prompted during check out to contact KB Logistics to set up your white glove delivery service to arrange a time that works best for you.

Is it safe to store money or jewelry in the trunk?

While your trunk comes with a padlock. The Infinity Trunk was not designed to deter theft. We recommend storing high value items in safety deposit boxes outside the home.
